This cable a normal FireWire device cable. It's built with high quality ingredients, just like
all of our other FireWire cables, and features a clear outer molding that
shows the high quality metal braid to keep up those high transfer rates!
Common uses?
This FireWire cable is normally used to 1) Connect FireWire devices to
FireWire connections on computers, or 2) to daisy chain FireWire
devices from one port to another.

Our cables are also designed to connect two computers together (Mac or PC)
and create a peer to peer FireWire network over TCP/IP, or other protocol.
